  • An initial session that gives you the opportunity to meet me and see if you feel comfortable working together and me the chance to find out what’s brought you to therapy and if I am the best person to work with you at this time.
  • I will ask you what your best hopes are from our talking together
  • We will work on a personal plan with clear goals and next steps
  • Sessions are always booked in advance and the number and regularity of sessions is discussed and agreed. This is largely decided by your budget and finding a mutually convenient time to suit your schedule.
  • Regular reviews to discuss how you feel therapy is progressing
