I have a BPS Approved Certificate in Supervision from the University of Manchester and Certificate in Supervision from the Manchester Institute for Psychotherapy. I use Shoet and Hawkins’ ‘Seven-eyed’ Supervision model and am able to offer a theoretically integrative approach drawing from CBT, Solution Focussed, Person Centred, Transcultural and Psychodynamic modalities or single model supervision ie Person Centred.
I offer a free, 30 minute informal meeting if you would like to meet me in person or online to discuss your supervision needs.
Pastoral Support and Reflection
- Ad hoc or regular sessions, at agreed intervals, for other professionals or individuals, (ie social workers, clergy, managers, pastoral staff) for support, reflection and developing personal resilience.
Using my therapeutic skills and supervisory training, I am able to offer a supportive and confidential space to process work and life related issues. This could include debriefing following crisis events or seasons, navigating interpersonal/relational conflict, managing stress, developing resilience in work and life, developing and maintaining boundaries, self-care.
