As we travel on the road map out of the pandemic I am offering therapy via Zoom. Around the end of May I also anticipate reintroducing a choice of face to face or online therapy, adhering to government guidelines.
The pandemic has impacted everyone in different ways. We’ve all been in the same storm, but in different boats. Your interest in therapy may be due to difficulties that have arisen or worsened for you during the pandemic such as increased anxiety, low mood or losses or may be unrelated. Whatever has prompted you reaching out, I’m pleased you have and you are very welcome to get in touch with me.
I offer a warm and down to earth, but professional Service. The first session will be an opportunity to find out what brings you to therapy and what you are hoping for from coming. We will agree together what the focus of the therapy is and it is up to you how many sessions you have and how often you want to meet, depending on your budget and availability.
