At this time, where we are all exercising social distancing, I am taking on new clients for therapy via Zoom or telephone. Many ongoing clients who have recently changed to therapy online have found it to be equally as helpful and have continued to move towards their goals.
During this uncertain period of Covid-19, many people are experiencing increased anxiety, low mood or grief. This could be because of the loss of a loved one, loss of income or loss of a sense of control. Many are feeling under pressure due to balancing childcare and home working. Therapy sessions can give you a regular space to talk through these things and increase your ability to cope in these difficult times.
I’m not able to offer the usual freshly brewed coffee, but I will offer you the same warm welcome, confidential environment and professional service via online therapy. The first session will be an opportunity to find out what brings you to therapy and what you are hoping for from coming. We will agree together what the focus of the therapy is and it is up to you how many sessions you have and how often you want to meet, depending on your budget and availability.
