I offer a hybrid therapy service including in person or online via Zoom.
Your interest in therapy may be due to difficulties that have arisen for you as a result of the pandemic such as stress, burnout, trauma, increased anxiety, low mood or losses. Your difficulties may not be related to the pandemic or have existed prior to it. Whatever has prompted you to reach out, I’m pleased you have and you are very welcome to get in touch with me.
I offer a warm, down to earth and professional Service. The first session will be an opportunity to find out what brings you to therapy, what you are hoping for and whether I am the right person to support you at this time. We will agree together on the focus of the therapy and it is up to you how many sessions you have and how often you want to meet, depending on your budget and availability.
