Julie has a lovely relaxing manner which allows you as a client the permission to talk openly and frankly. As an introvert who is normally awkward in 1:1 sessions, it felt very natural and safe to be openly discussing issues that I had never discussed with anyone else.
Excellent, professional and friendly welcome. The room was quiet, calming and relaxing. I felt immediately at ease.
I had not ever considered therapy before but life was getting busier and there was no chance of me having time to think and process my own thoughts. Going to sessions with Julie helped give me that time and space to order my thoughts and make sense and analyse aspects of my life I was struggling with.
I moved forward a great deal, I felt that the sessions made me understand how I had got to the point I felt I needed help and guidance with, they gave me chance to visualise where I wanted to be in the future and coping strategies that helped me get there.

making it feel a warm and cosy environment to be in. Julie always asked if I would like a drink
before my session which helps settling you into the session. 100% Privacy within sessions. The
room is always presented to a high standard, and toilet facilities are lovely and clean.”
